My OneDrive desktop app still thinks I’m on 5 GB storage after upgrading to Microsoft 365 Family, but my storage shows the correct 1 TB on the web I have uninstalled and eintalled onedrive and also restarted the pc but the problem remians

photos uploaded to one cloud and now in format i can't open

All my photos have been removed from my PC and uploaded to one drive. They are stored as HEIC not Jpeg files. My PC does not support Heic. How can I get them back to Jpeg on my hard drive easily. There are 10,000 of them.
