A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hey,
Since you already went through the standard reinstall and reset for OneDrive, the problem is probably tied to your specific Windows user profile or a background service causing it to silently fail on startup. Before we try more involved fixes, let's figure out exactly why it is crashing.
Try opening Event Viewer by right-clicking your Start button and selecting it from the menu. Once it opens expand Windows Logs and then click on Application.
Go ahead and try launching OneDrive again and let it do its freeze and crash thing. Go back to Event Viewer and hit refresh on the right pane. Look for an error with a red exclamation icon that matches the exact time of the crash. Take a look at the General tab for that error and tell me what it says specifically next to Faulting module name and Exception code.
Also just in case, let me know if you are running any non-Microsoft antivirus or firewall software in the background right now.
