OneDrive does not recognise the additional storage

I have purchased additional storage space but OneDrive does not recognise it.

    1. Please check whether the Office 365 subscription has been added to your account here https://account.microsoft.com/services, and make sure that you are signed in to OneDrive with the same account.

    If you exceed your OneDrive or Outlook storage limit, your account will be put into a frozen state.

    So, if you upgrade your Microsoft account storage by purchasing an Office 365 plan, your additional storage should appear in your account within 2–4 hours.

    After a few hours, open an incognito tab on any web browser and go to this link:

    https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage

    and sign in with your Microsoft account that is associated with an Office subscription.

    See if the storage is being reflected.
