To resolve the issue of not being able to sign into your Microsoft Office account on your new computer, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check for Multiple Accounts: If you've added a different or old account to OneDrive, unlink that account and relink OneDrive to the correct account. You can find instructions on how to do this in the OneDrive support documentation.
    2. Update Microsoft 365: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 is up to date. Open a Microsoft 365 app (like Word), go to File > Account, and check for updates under Update options.
    3. Run the Microsoft 365 Sign-in Troubleshooter: Use the Microsoft 365 sign-in troubleshooter to help resolve sign-in issues. You can find it in the Get Help app on your device.
    4. Disconnect Work or School Credentials: Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and disconnect any accounts that are not the one you use for Office.
    5. Make Sure User Licenses Are Assigned: If you are part of an organization, ensure that your user account has the necessary licenses assigned to access Microsoft 365.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance.
