    Hello Jeffry P Belnap

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I can see that you wish to stop fraud and spammer from sharing into your OneDrive, you also attempt to access to other thread to look for help but unable to.

Here is the link I found that you are unable to access before (in the image), you should try accessing them from here:

HOW TO DEFEND ONE DRIVE FROM SPAM ATTACK FROM UNKNOWN FILES SHARED FROM UNKNOWN PEOPLE

How do I stop spam and hacking in shared files in my OneDrive by unknown spammers and hackers! I don't want any shared microsoft files! This is a very new problem.

Both of these threads recommend dealing with unknown file sharing in OneDrive by hiding the unknown shared contents and report them.

    • On the OneDrive on the web, from the left side navigation pane, select Shared
    • Select the files or folders you want to remove from your Shared view, then select Hide from Shared.

Currently this is the best method to dealt with fraud and spammer in OneDrive sharing.

I hope this information help, feel free reply back to this post and update me. I'll be happy to help.

This sentence, "If any of the messages look like scams or phishing (for example, trying to scare into calling a phone number or paying money), they can be reported as phishing and then deleted." is not true. The reporting does not work, there is no path to deleting.

THIS IS A MESS - MICROSOFT.
