Hi..

I am trying to share a folder on onedrive web but I am getting the following issue:

"Unable to get the link. Please try again later. " On clicking more details it shows "Data Sanitized"

My onedrive folder is located in D drive, where I have added another folder for which I need the backup...

In my system tray it shows 3571 files will be backed up when closed...But all these files have been deleted and are no longer present in the system..

So can you help me to resolve this.

Hi! The issue you are experiencing with the "Data Sanitized" error and the thousands of phantom files pending backup usually indicates that your OneDrive sync cache has become corrupted. To resolve this, the first step is to perform a full reset of the OneDrive desktop client, which will clear the localized cache without deleting any of your actual data. You can do this by pressing the Windows Key and R simultaneously to open the Run dialog, then pasting %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and pressing Enter. Once the OneDrive cloud icon reappears in your system tray, allow it a few minutes to resync your current folder structure, which should clear the 3571 deleted files from the queue.
