I am getting a message from Windows Defender Security Center Services. It won't let me ignore it and move on. It says Ads.fiancetrack(2).dll is Trojan Spyware, What should I do?

This message is a scam. Let me know what version of Windows you are using so that I can move your post to the correct forum.

If its a scam and it says to call some number 475 284 5684. What should I do? Turn off the computer? Hit the button (deny)/( allow) to open or close the app? I tried to scan with ESET but can't open files. Is a scam different than malware?
