Is the message from Windows Defender Security center Sevices legit?

I am getting a message from Windows Defender Security Center Services. It won't let me ignore it and move on. It says Ads.fiancetrack(2).dll is Trojan Spyware, What should I do?

    You need to run an anti-malware program such as Malwarebytes.

    Please note that Malwarebytes is not a Microsoft product and whilst Malwarebytes is safe I cannot guarantee the safety of any other products advertised on their site.

    Iif this response isn't a scam player to that would be fine - I'm in the same boat - afraid to turn on the computer and see what is happening in hacker world on my computer - literally - I believe.
