No Hibernation after 4 hours of Connected Stand-By, Windows 10, SP3

I upgraded my SP3 to Windows 10 (not enterprise).  The unit no longer goes into hibernation after 4 hours of connected standby.  With Win 8.1, the unit would hibernate after 4 hours of not being used.  I disabled Wifi during sleep, which decreased the battery power usage during sleep, but it did not solve the hibernation issue.  I liked the previous hibernation after 4 hours because the unit can sit in my bag for 8-9 hours at a time without being used.

Has anybody else experienced this and found a solution?

Thanks...

I upgraded the surface pro3 to windows 10 and installed all updates. Recently perhaps after installing some updates, my surface wouldn't hibernate after 4 hours. I checked the power plan. It's configured to hibernate after 4 hour sleep. Is there anyone else have the same issue?

    Thanks

I had to use the official Recovery Image for Surface Pro 3 Windows 10 to restore my device to original state. After doing so, I noticed some power options are now missing.

If do the following in CMD: powercfg /a

I am presented with only the following as the listed options

    • Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected
    • Fast Startup

Notably missing is Standby (Connected). How do I get this re-enabled?

I have performed all the latest Windows 10 Updates. Nothing is pending. I have of course rebooted afterwards. For those wondering, I do not have Hyper-V enabled. (Although it shouldn't be an issue with Windows 10 to my understanding.)
