From there, you can right‑click to open your E5 sandbox and select Copy link. Next, open a new InPrivate browsing session by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then paste the copied link into the address bar.

Please take note of the account shown after the login hint, as this should be the admin account of your E5 Developer tenant. After that, press Enter. If the account has been identified correctly, you should see the prompt to enter your password.

If you are still unable to sign in after following these steps, the only available way to regain access would be to contact Microsoft Support. Consider contacting Microsoft Support via phone or creating a new trial tenant and submitting a support request on behalf of the locked tenant.
