Recently have upgraded my PC from and i5-10600k to Ryzen 7 78003xd, have changed my motherboard to MAG B650 Tomahawk Wifi. Bought another SSD (Samsung 990 2TB) together with my old one (Samsung 860 evo 1TB), added new RAM DDR5 32GB Patriot 30cl, and had to change cooling to a normal fan unit, from my water cooling, because I dont have brackets for AMD.

Currently my PC specs are.
CPU - Ryzen 7 78003xd
GPU - MSI 3070 x3 Ventus
RAM -DDR5 Patriot 30 cl

SSD - 990 Samsung 2TB - 860 Samsung Evo 1TB

PSU - Corsair RM650 (Have just ordered a new PSU just to make sure it's not a PSU issue have ordered the MSI MPG A850G)

Motherboard - MAG b650 Tomahawk Wifi.

Since then when I had it put together, I have reinstalled Windows fresh, from Windows 10, to Windows 10 again. I have started to receive BSOD's with different type of Bug Codes. I have ran multiple testing utility to test all my hardware, ranging from OCCD (RAM test, CPU test, CPU+RAM test, VRAM test) all have passed, I have ran Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which has passed. I have installed Memtest86, which ran for 2 hours, on 4 cycles. Which has passed. I have run the CMD commands of, sfc /scannow, and the DISM restorehealth. Reinstalled Windows again, but this time upgraded to Win11, still the issue remains, and yes new BIOS update has been installed through USB flash in BIOS.

Based on your description, it seems that you are experiencing persistent Kernel-Power Event ID 41 issues after upgrading your hardware and reinstalling Windows. Here are some potential causes and troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Power Supply Issues: Ensure that your power supply unit (PSU) is sufficient for the new components, especially since the Ryzen 7 7800X3D may require more power than your previous setup. If the PSU is underpowered or faulty, it can lead to unexpected shutdowns.
    2. Overheating: Check if the new cooling solution is adequate for your CPU. If the CPU overheats, it may cause the system to shut down to prevent damage. Monitor the CPU temperatures using software tools to ensure they are within safe limits.
    3. RAM Compatibility: Since you upgraded to DDR5 RAM, ensure that it is compatible with your motherboard and that it is installed correctly. Sometimes, incorrect configurations in the BIOS can lead to stability issues.
    4. Motherboard Settings: After upgrading components, it may be necessary to reset the BIOS to default settings or update the BIOS to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the new hardware.
    5. Driver Issues: Ensure that all drivers, especially for the motherboard and graphics card, are up to date. Outdated or incompatible drivers can lead to system instability and BSODs.
    6. Event ID 46: Check for Event ID 46 in the logs, which indicates issues with crash dump initialization. This can provide further insight into the problem, especially if the system is unable to write a dump file during a crash.
    7. Testing Hardware: Since you have already performed extensive tests on your hardware, consider testing each component individually (like the new RAM and SSD) to isolate the issue further.

If the problem persists after these checks, you may want to consider consulting with a professional or reaching out to the manufacturer for support, as there could be a deeper hardware issue at play.

    Hi ,

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Try this: remove one of the memory sticks, leave only one, and swap it out. If you have 2x4, change it to 1x3 and put it in a different slot.

    Thanks
