Issue: No sound to speakers since recently upgrading to Windows 11

Setup:

Dell Precision 5540 I9 laptop;

Dell WD19TB 210 ARJD Thunderbolt Docking station;

Logilink UA0099 7.1 usb soundbox;

Sonos speaker setup with Ray soundbar, Sub mini and 2x One SL

Speakers are connected with an optical sound cable to the usb soundbox and soundbox is connected to the dockingstation with usb. This setup worked fine for years with Windows 10 and now since I use Windows 11 I can not use the ''SPDIF'' output from the soundbox anymore. Windows says its not connected while nothing has changed to the setup and all cables are still connected.

I hope someone can help me sorting this out ? I am out of ideas. Already checked all sound settings en updated drivers etc. etc.

Regards,

Dwayne

    Rez and JosephT71, thanks again !

    Yesterday I was trying some other things and came across a program called Xear Audio. In this program you can change a lot of settings for the Logilink UA0099 and I got it working !

    Stupid that I did not find this program before but it was hidden away somewhere and when installing the driver for the Logilink this program doesnt get mentioned. And when installing things first time years ago I didnt need this program to set things up.

    Problem solved.

    Many thanks for your fast help and service.
