I’ve been being charged since December of 2024, for $13.95 a month and I can’t figure out how to cancel this it’s so confusing. Please help me cancel my subscription or do it for me and refund me

my account doesn’t have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 Admin center. I don’t know who else that can help. It’s my only account
