URGENT: Locked Account Recovery Escalation - <Mod remove PII> @hotmail.com

Account Holder: Rick Schneck Contact Cell: Moderator removed PII

I have been locked out of my decades-old, critical account (<Mod remove PII> @hotmail.com) for weeks. The automated recovery forms repeatedly fail, and I have already sent a Certified Appeal Letter to Microsoft's corporate headquarters without response.

This is my life-critical email, used for the VA, my Bank, and creditors.

I demand an immediate Case ID and manual review. I can provide the following verifiable evidence right now:

Location History: Account established before 1990 in California, with access history in Ohio, Michigan, and New Mexico.

Specific Mail Evidence: I can provide the exact subject lines of the last four emails I sent to <Mod remove PII> @myultimatespot.com, including the subject "Horton Lake slideshow" which contained a large LibreOffice slideshow file.

Unique Usage: I use the account to transfer large files/pictures to myself.

Please escalate this to the highest level of security review immediately and provide a direct contact or next steps via my cell phone.

I understand that you're experiencing significant difficulty accessing your locked email account and have taken various steps to recover it. Unfortunately, I cannot assist with direct account recovery or escalation processes for personal Microsoft accounts, including Hotmail.

For issues like this, I recommend continuing to use the official recovery options provided by Microsoft. You can try the following steps:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Make sure to provide as much information as possible about your account, including previous passwords, account creation details, and any other relevant information.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the automated recovery does not work, you can reach out to Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They may be able to provide further guidance or escalate your case.
    3. Check Support Resources: Visit the Microsoft support pages for additional recovery options and guidance on account access issues.

If you are part of an organization or have a work account, consider contacting your IT department for assistance as well.

I hope you can regain access to your account soon.

    Hello Ricks,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your situation I understand how frustrating and stressful it must be to lose access to an account that is critical for your personal and financial matters. We truly empathize with the urgency and importance of regaining access especially since this account is tied to essential services like the VA and your bank.

The reason this happens is that Microsoft prioritizes account security and privacy which means recovery processes are automated to protect your information. Unfortunately support teams cannot bypass these security measures or directly unlock accounts without successful verification through the official recovery process.

The best resolution is to continue using the Microsoft Account Recovery Form and provide as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, account creation details and recent activity. If the form fails repeatedly you can visit the Microsoft Support page and request additional guidance. In some cases retrying the form after gathering more details or using a different device or network can improve success. If this is a work or school account, contacting your organization’s IT department may also help.

Could you confirm if you have tried submitting the recovery form with all possible details including past passwords and security information?

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

Microsoft does not support its customers. AI should never be the only way to answer, hire someone to listen to customers when ALL ELSE FAILS as it has.

Microsoft is avoiding the support to its customers by not reinstating my e mail account. It and the AI it uses refuse to supply me with any acceptable way to recover my e mail. several attempts have given codes that don't work, WHY? I have these answers show the public how a large corp. refuses to help its customers. only endless circles of go here, go there and sign in many times. IF AI IS SO SMART, I DO NOT THINK MICROSOFT HAS DEBUGGED THEIR AI SOFTWEARE.
