Hi Steve Jackson, I know how stressful it can be when something that worked perfectly just a few days ago suddenly stops working across all your devices.
To fix Comcast email issues in Outlook enable third party access in your Comcast settings confirm IMAP/SMTP details clear Outlook RoamCache use an app password if required check SSL and VPN settings re add the account on iPhone/iPad after enabling access and update both Outlook and your device.
When Outlook fails to connect to your Comcast email do you see an error message like Cannot connect to server or does it keep asking for your password and have you recently changed any Comcast security settings or passwords?
