i cant add yahoo account to outlook android.Any thoughts?I m struggling last 5 days when i made a fresh copy of my phone.Previously i i had installed yahoo on android.But now i cant

    I understand that you are unable to add a Yahoo account in Outlook for Android.

    Adding a Yahoo account in the Outlook app has started using a new authentication method. When logging into your Yahoo account, you will be redirected to a dedicated Yahoo login page, and you won't need to manually set any server parameters.

    Therefore, if you encounter issues, I recommend first checking some security settings in your Yahoo email. For example, ensure that services like IMAP/POP/SMTP are enabled and that the Outlook app's access to your Yahoo account data is not restricted.

    For more detailed information on these security settings, contacting Yahoo support can provide you with professional assistance.

    If you confirm that your email settings are correct but still cannot add the account to Outlook, you can follow these steps to contact Outlook Mobile support.

    1. Click on the avatar in the top left corner to open the sidebar.
    2. Click on the "?" icon at the bottom left to enter Help and Feedback.
    3. Select "Contact Outlook Mobile Support" and choose "Continue" when prompted to collect diagnostic data.
    4. In the provided options, select "None of the above" in all the pop-up windows.
    5. After about two times, you will see the "Chat with an agent" option.
