Surface is bloated but barely has anything on it version 2

This question piggy-backs off of another question of the same title. All of my troubleshooting started with this question: https://dori-uw-1.kuma-moon.com/en-us/answers/questions/2296680/surface-is-bloated-but-barely-has-anything-on-it whereby I've already completed all of those suggestions.

With that said, I have a Surface Go 2, 4.0 GB Ram, 57 GB internal Storage

I need to update my surface to but the system says I have only 277 MB free out of 57 GB storage. System and Reserved files total 28.2 GB. Installed apps says 22.7 GB. However, when I open the installed apps section and count the number of KB used it only comes out to 2 GB of apps total (not including google chrome, microsoft 365, remote desktop connection, and youtube tv). What can I do to fix this?

    Hello TJackson,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Community! I’m really sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Surface. Let’s see what we can do to sort this out, Since you mention you already do some troubleshooting and tried some steps on the link you provided https://dori-uw-1.kuma-moon.com/en-us/answers/questions/2296680/surface-is-bloated-but-barely-has-anything-on-it. Did you try to Remove Previous Windows Versions? If you recently updated Windows,Open Disk Cleanup then Select “Clean up system files” then Check “Previous Windows installations” and delete them.

You can do clear windows update cache open file explorer and go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download then Delete all files inside (safe to remove)

After restarting try to recheck again the TEMP folder if everything is deleted
