    Dear Leichter,

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thank you for sharing the error screenshot. Based on the image you provided, the message indicates: “UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError”. This typically means that your Education Outlook account no longer has an active license assigned. Most likely, the IT administrator at your school has removed or deactivated the Outlook-related license.

Alternatively, it's possible that you may have accidentally signed in with a personal Microsoft account instead of your education account. This can sometimes lead to access issues or unexpected errors.

    1. Login your Education account to Outlook

Step 1: Please login your education account in this link: office.com

Step 2: Go to “Apps” > Choose “Outlook”

It will navigate to Outlook web with your school account.

If the error still appears, please follow the steps below.

    1. Contact your school’s IT admin

I recommend reaching out to your school's IT administrator as soon as possible. They will need to reassign the appropriate license to your education account so that your mailbox can be restored, and Outlook can function properly again.

Find Your Microsoft 365 Admin: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Once you've successfully contacted your school's IT administrator, you can share the following steps with them to help reassign the appropriate license to your Education account:

Step 1: Login your Global Administrator account to Admin Center portal

Step 2: Go to “User” > “Active User” > Choose your name account

Step 3: Choose “Licenses and Apps” > Then add the licenses have Outlook for your student > “Save Change”

After making the changes, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update and reflect the changes on your server.

If the license button appears greyed out, it’s likely that your organization has reached the maximum number of available licenses for that product. In this case, you’ll need to purchase additional licenses to assign more users. Here’s one article for your reference: Buy or remove licenses for a Microsoft business subscription | Microsoft Learn
