iPhone not recognizing my Microsoft account when I try to add Outlook to my iPhone calendar.

Hello,

I am trying to sync my work outlook to my google and iPhone accounts. Both have asked me to sign in to my Microsoft account. Google recognized my work email address and allowed me to add the Outlook calendar to my Google calendar, but when I try on my iPhone, Microsoft says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." I sign in to this Microsoft account all the time, so I know it exists.

Thanks for your help,

Treble

I have just found a solution. Go into outlook email app or online and go to calendar. There should by a settings icon next to your calendar (in the app there is). Go to share calendar and add your email. An email with a link to your work outlook calendar will be sent to your personal email. Underneath the main link will be “having trouble viewing this calendar, try using this url”. Copy the url link. Then head to calendar in settings - add account - other - add a subscribed account - paste url in and click next and save. This will then show in apple calendar and any updates made in outlook/at work will update in apple calendar. Hope this works for you too!
