Will Microsoft ever pull the intel graphics driver version 26.20.100.7926 causing flashing and going black for minutes. I have had this problem for long time since last year. I have to install intel’s least driver update from the intel website. I was just wondering will Microsoft ever pull the update 26.20.100.7926.

I have blocked windows update from downloading drivers

but you shouldn’t need to I hope Microsoft is reading this.

I have a problem in my laptop, after updating the driver by windows update (Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7926) the screen, as soon as I move the mouse, is always flickering, flashing or intermittent display issues.

To be able to work normally, I have to install the Inter driver and support assistent to install the drive directly from intel.
I have to have windows update suspended, if I don't, it automatically updates the drive and I get graphics problems again.
Is there a solution from HP?

    using Gen 10----BTW,

    I see Intel Drivers clash with Window's 11 suggested Intel Graphics driver, they remove the one or the other to do this UPGRADE{?|.

    I cannot see this situation happening with a strong Windows 11 Update system !

    But it does, over and over. Intel tells me I have the best and newest 31.0.101.2115. The other

    26..20.100.7926 keeps popping up at Windows Update update lists all the time.

    Q: what is the newer Intel Driver 26.20.100.7926 or 31.0.101.2115?
