Hello, nitikosutao
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Developers might optimize their websites for certain browsers. In this case, since YouTube is owned by Google, it’s possible that YouTube’s live chat feature is more optimized for Chrome, which could potentially result in faster loading times on Chrome compared to other browsers.
That being said, this doesn’t mean that other browsers can’t load YouTube efficiently. If you’re experiencing slow loading times on Microsoft Edge, it could also be due to various factors such as browser settings, extensions, or even network conditions, rather than just the relationship between YouTube and Chrome. It’s always a good idea to keep your browser up-to-date and check if any extensions or settings are affecting the loading times.
Resetting the browser settings to their default values might help as well. To do this, open Edge and click the 3 dots at the upper right side of your screen > Settings > Reset Settings > Restore settings to their default values.
In addition, some software on your computer, like security software, can interfere with your browser’s network requests. Try disabling these temporarily to see if they’re causing the issue. Remember to turn them on later, so as to keep your computer safe.
If none of the above solutions work, submit feedback to the developers in Microsoft Edge:
