Slow AD authentication on work websites

For the last 2 to 3 weeks I've been having issues with slow AD authentication when access work-related websites. I use a separate profile for work purposes. The problem only happens with Edge on MacOS. It works fine with Chrome, Safari, Edge on Windows. It also only occurs with the aforementioned profile. I've tried removing the profile and re-adding, but the same slowness results. I've also tried Edge Beta and Edge Dev, which also have the same slowness when signed in to the same profile. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can resolve this? I can change browser but I don't think any other browser supports multiple profiles as well as Edge. I currently use 4 separate profiles to keep different MS 365 accounts fully separate.

Been having this same issue for weeks. Thought it was just me. Anyone have a solution yet? It seems to be impacting every microsoft product via Edge Chromium on macOS. I'm on Ventura if that helps.

Same issue here on Ventura and latest Edge Dev.

Any Azure, Azure AD, MS 365 etc pages take forever to initially load, then they refresh fine. But when i close the tab, reopen it, takes up to 1 min.

No issues on Chrome, Edge only.

Firefox or Edge Canary both work as workarounds. That's what I'm using now.

Yes, I can confirm that Edge Canary does seem to work now. I've gotten used to tree style tabs in Firefox and will be sticking with Firefox for now at least and the support for multiple accounts does seem to work, albeit being less obvious how the separation is managed. The only issue I'm having with the Firefox arrangement is the failure to open links from external apps, which seems to be an issue with the Multi-Account Containers extension. Hopefully that will be fixed.

I had this exact same issue for the past month or so. 16" M1 Max MBP.

Just downloaded CCleaner (I'm not affiliated with them) and used their uninstall process to uninstall Edge (+10GB of files deleted!).

Downloaded a new fresh build of Edge and it's running perfectly now.

    Hope this helps!
