Microsoft Edge on iPhone 13

I just recently upgrade my phone from iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 mini - my Edge browser no longer works. I get the following message:

"You're not connected.

And the web just isn't the same without you. Let's get you back online!

Try :

  • Turning off airplane mode ---> (phone is not on airplane mode - did turn it on and back off).
  • Turning on mobile data or Wi-Fi ---> did both of those
  • Checking the signal in your area --> I have full cell and wifi signal

ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

I have deleted it and reinstalled it so I definitely have the most up-to-date version 102.1245.33. I have tried clearing all the cache, cookies etc. My iPhone 13 mini is brand new and also had the most up-to-date verison of software iOS 15.5.

I use Edge as my default browser on all my devices - can you please tell me what I should do to get this fixed?

    Hi ChelseaD3825,

Have you tried restarting/rebooting your phone to see if that solves the problem? If not, you can follow the steps from this support article to restart your iPhone 13.

    Eric
