Returns a value that indicates if the specified key exists in the cache. Also if it exists, marks it as MRU.

参数

• key
  Specifies the key for the entry to be added.

• value
  Returns the security token from the cache if found, otherwise, null.

返回值

True on success, False on failure.

异常

线程安全

此类型的任何公共静态（在 Visual Basic 中为 Shared）成员都是线程安全的。但不能保证任何实例成员是线程安全的。
