Hi qin,
Microsoft decided to wind down the Windows Subsystem for Android application two years ago. It seems they've now made some server-side changes that have rendered it completely inoperable. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a solution since Windows no longer supports it.
Consider switching to. Not the solution like BlueStacks for using Android apps on Windows. Thank you.
