Gets the Boolean property value that specifies whether access to the collection is synchronized and therefore thread-safe.

A Boolean value that specifies whether the access to the collection is synchronized. If True, access to the collection is synchronized. If False (false), access to the collection is not synchronized.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the .NET Framework.
