• lOldIndex
  The location in the IDTSComponentMetaDataCollection90 collection of the IDTSComponentMetaData90 object that is being moved.

• lNewIndex
  The location in the IDTSComponentMetaDataCollection90 that the IDTSComponentMetaData90 object is moved to.
