IRelatedItem::GetItemIDList method (shobjidl_core.h)

Gets the pointer to an item identifier list (PIDL) for the item that is related.

Syntax

HRESULT GetItemIDList(
  [out] PIDLIST_ABSOLUTE *ppidl
);

Parameters

[out] ppidl

Type: PIDLIST_ABSOLUTE*

When this method returns, contains the PIDL.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
