Updates the TaxComponentTaxCodeIdx index in the CustomsComponentTaxCodes_IN table to not allow duplicate records.

Remarks

After updating the TaxComponentTable surrogate key field with the value of the RecId field of the table, the TaxComponentTaxCodeIdx index is reset to not allow duplicate records.
