Cómo: Detectar selecciones de controles RadioButton

Cuando se agrupan controles RadioButton, los botones son mutuamente excluyentes. Un usuario puede seleccionar un solo elemento a la vez dentro de un grupo RadioButton. La aplicación cancela mediante programación la selección de un elemento seleccionado cuando el usuario selecciona otro distinto. Que un objeto RadioButton esté o no seleccionado viene determinado por el estado de su propiedad IsChecked. Puede agrupar controles RadioButton colocándolos dentro de un elemento primario o dándoles un nombre de grupo. En el ejemplo de código siguiente se hacen ambas cosas; los controles RadioButton son los elementos secundarios de StackPanel y el nombre de grupo es ExpandDirectionProperty.

Cuando se selecciona un objeto RadioButton, se provoca el evento Checked. Como se muestra en el ejemplo de código siguiente, si la aplicación necesita realizar alguna acción cuando cambia la selección de RadioButton, puede agregar un controlador para el evento Checked.
