Creates a file group object.
Syntax
HRESULT CreateFileGroup(
[out] IFsrmFileGroup **fileGroup
);
Parameters
[out] fileGroup
An IFsrmFileGroup interface to the new file group. To add the file group to FSRM, call IFsrmFileGroup::Commit method.
