Function	Description
CeDriverDuplicateCallerHandle	Creates a notification handle that other drivers can use.
CeDriverMapCallbackFunction	Maps a notification callback to a handle, which can be used as a handle-based API.
CeDriverPerformCallback	Performs callback upon I/O completion.
