Gets a user's search security filter.

Get-FASTSearchSecurityUserFilter [-Identity] <String> [-User] <String> [[-Worker] <WorkerPoolNode>]
Detailed Description
This cmdlet retrieves the user search security filter containing all groups that the user has access to.
