B. Target Information Technology (IT) and Business Manager Persona
Add text with a brief description of the target IT and business manager persona for this application. An IT persona is the person who installs, configures, maintains, administers, and reports on the service. A business manager persona is one who selects staff, sets goals, and provides leadership and motivation.
First IT or Business Manager Persona
Provide some introductory information about this customer persona.
Background
Specify the persona's role and title, scope of responsibilities, and how they perceive their role. Also, characterize their experience, and their influence on purchasing decisions.
Key Characteristics
Using bulleted text, list any factors in this persona's behavior that will affect application design, for example: "Reluctant to change a working environment."
Pain Point
Using bulleted text, list problems that this persona wants solved, for example: "keeping up-to-date with system management, end-user support, and network management."
Key Design Tenets
Using bulleted text, list design principles that are dogma for this persona, for example: "I'm successful when my users are happy and able to do their jobs." Follow each design tenet with a few brief conclusions that can be inferred from the tenet. Follow each design tenet with the features that will implement or support the design tenet.

Repeat the outline of the previous section for each additional customer persona.
C. Target Users
Add text with a brief description of the target user for this application.
First User
If needed, provide some additional information about this user.
Priority Justification
List in bulleted text points that support targeting this user as a priority, for example: "this user group is larger than any other."
Characteristics
List in bullet text pertinent characteristics of the target users, for example: "large number of one-time versus repeat callers."
Additional Users
Repeat the information in the previous section for each additional user type.
D. Requirements
Describe the application's requirements. A requirement is some capability the product needs to have. Note the following two sample requirements.

F. Voice User-Interface (VUI) Design Document
