GetAntivirusSignatureVersion Method of the IFPCSmtpProtectionStatus Interface

The GetAntivirusSignatureVersion method gets the version of the latest signatures for the specified e-mail antivirus engine.

  [in]   FpcMailAntivirusEngine Engine,
  [out]  BSTR* pVersion
);

Parameters

• Engine
  Required. Value from the FpcMailAntivirusEngine enumerated type that specifies the type of antivirus engine.

• pVersion
  Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value indicating the version of the latest signatures for the specified e-mail antivirus engine.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
