The AllowOutgoingConnection property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the local site can initiate a VPN connection to the remote site.

Parameters
fAllowOutgoingConnection
Boolean value that specifies whether the local site can initiate a VPN connection to the remote site.pfAllowOutgoingConnection
Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the local site can initiate a VPN connection to the remote site, or to VARIANT_FALSE if the local site cannot initiate a VPN connection to the remote site.
Return Value
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
If this property is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++), a user name and password must be specified in the RemoteCredentials property.
