The StartHour property gets or sets the hour at which the generation of daily log summaries will start. Used with the StartMinutes property to set the start time.

Parameters
lStartHour
A 32-bit integer that specifies the hour at which the generation of daily log summaries will start.plStartHour
Pointer to a variable that on return receives a 32-bit integer specifying the hour at which the generation of daily log summaries will start.

Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is 0, and its range of permissible values is from 0 through 23.
The default time at which the generation of daily log summaries starts is 00:30 (12:30 A.M.).
The FPCDailysumConfig object implements this interface.
