The SetTCP method sets all of the parameters of a TCP connection.

Parameters
PortLo
A 32-bit integer that specifies the low end of the port number range. It can have a value from 1 through 65535.PortHi
A 32-bit integer that specifies the high end of the port number range. It can have a value from 1 through 65535, but must be equal to or greater than the value of the PortLo parameter.Direction
Value from the FpcConnectionDirectionType enumerated type that specifies the direction in which the connection can be opened.
Return Value
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
