The IP_From property gets the lower bound of the IP address range.

Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the lower bound of the IP address range.
Return Value
This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks
This property is read-only. The lower and upper bounds of the IP address range can be modified by calling the SetIps method.
