The SetServerAndPort method sets the name of the upstream proxy server on the backup route and the ports to use.

Parameters
ServerName
String value that specifies the name of the upstream proxy server on the backup route.Port
A 32-bit integer that specifies the port number to use for HTTP requests. It can have a value from 1 to 65535.SSLPort
A 32-bit integer that specifies the port number to use for HTTPS requests. It can have a value from 1 to 65535.
Return Value
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
