Business value
Makers can choose from suggested email chips as they type an email address in the To field of an Outlook and Teams action. This feature greatly improves the flow development time for makers.
Feature details
In Power Automate cloud flows classic designer, especially in Outlook and Teams actions such as sending an email or posting a message, enter the email addresses of the people you want to reference in the To field. The designer queries for email addresses available in your tenant and filters results by the keyword you enter. With this process, you don't need to enter the full email address. You can also search for a person's name.
Now, when you enter a person's name or the beginning of their email address, the designer shows a dropdown menu of potential matches. This feature helps you find the right email address quickly and makes flow development faster.
