Before you can use Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot, you must purchase a license and assign it to a user. Perform the following steps:
- Obtain an active subscription of the Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot license from the Microsoft 365 Copilot website.
- In Microsoft 365 admin center, make sure that you created users and assigned licenses for users.

Deploy Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook and Teams
You can deploy Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook and Microsoft Teams through the Microsoft 365 admin center. The app can be integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Salesforce. Learn more at Deploy Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
