Help and support

The Help panel in Dragon admin center provides help information and support for Dragon admin center and Dragon products.

Self help

Use the search field in the Help panel to find support information to assist you with issues or tasks you need to perform.

  1. Type your query in the search field.
    As you type, suggested matching results appear.
    TIP: Include the word "Dragon" in your search for better results.
  2. Select one of the suggestions, or the arrow button to continue.
    The search results will appear in the Self Help tab with links for more information. Self Help searches are the fastest way to find information to help you perform common administrative tasks.
  3. If you’re unable to find the information you need to address the issue on your own, select the Contact support button or tab to submit a support request.

How to contact support

For assistance with tasks or issues you can't resolve on your own, submit a secure support request to Microsoft in Dragon admin center.

The Contact Support tab gives Dragon admins direct access to create support requests within the Help panel.

Note

The Contact Support tab will appear after you perform a Self Help search.

Steps to submit a support request:

  1. Choose your preferred method of contact.
  2. Complete the request form, describing your issue in detail and attaching any relevant files – including screenshots or videos.
  3. Confirm that your call-back phone number and authorized contact email address(es) are correct.
  4. Select Contact me to submit your request.

After submitting your request, you’ll see the request in the Support History tab, where you can view and track its status, and add more details.

Note

You can submit and view your support requests in the same way in the Help tab in the Service health dashboard in the Microsoft 365 admin center if necessary.

Your support history

Dragon admins can view current and previous support requests in the Support History tab in the Help panel in Dragon admin center.

The Support History tab lists your current and previous support requests.

From here you can:

  • Check the status of your open support requests.
  • Add additional details and files to open requests.

Service health dashboard

The Service health screen in Microsoft 365 admin center provides real-time visibility into the status of Microsoft product services, issues, and customer cases.

In the Service health dashboard, Dragon admins can:

  • Select the Overview tab to view the status of services and any active product issues that Microsoft is working on. Any alerts for Dragon Copilot or Dragon admin center will appear in the Status column for Dynamics 365 Apps. (TIP: You can enable alert messages in the Message Center to be notified about issues affecting Microsoft products and services that might impact Dragon products.)
  • View the Issue history for any submitted issues that are resolved.
  • Report issues (create support cases) and view the status of existing cases.

Message center

The Message center screen in Microsoft 365 admin center is the source of proactive communication from Microsoft to customer admins, such as "coming soon" and "now available" updates related to Dragon Copilot and other Dynamics 365 services.   • You can configure your own notification Preferences to receive relevant updates, ensuring you stay informed about changes and new features.
  • All communications are centralized, making it easier for you to track important information and announcements in one place.
  • The Message Center allows admins to tailor notifications to their needs, which is especially useful in organizations with multiple Microsoft 365 or Dragon administrators.
