Business value

With recurring general journals, you can distribute and allocate recurring expenses and revenue. The journal lines are saved from run to run. You can change the journal lines whenever you want before posting them.

Feature details

With this release, you can more easily maintain recurring general journals that use the Fixed recurrency method and include zero amount lines in some runs.

During posting, Business Central ignores the lines with zero amount and doesn't post them. It doesn't prompt you to add an amount or delete the lines. If you delete the lines, you need to add them again when needed. The lines stay in the journal for the next run, and you can update the amounts as needed.

With this change, you can more easily maintain journals without managing the list of lines when you remove lines for an individual run.
