Is it possible to install a RADIUS server (NPS service) on Windows 2019 core mode?
Any step by step guide will be welcome. :-)

Why tho, which feature does IAS depend on to not be available on a core install?

You can not install the Network Policy Server service on Windows Server Core.

The WIndows Network Policy and Access Services feature is not available on systems installed with a Server Core installation option.
