Function app stuck with status Admin disabled, request help to re-enable web app

My Subscription was disabled as it ran out of credits, I reactivated the subscription, however the function app is stuck with the status of "Adimin disabled".
Requesting a Microsoft representative to assist in re-enabling my Web App.

Also, Try to log out and login to your azure portal again and try restarting the app.
You can try re-starting function app via azure CLI:
az functionapp restart --name xxxxxx --resource-group xxxx
