KB5086672 on Windows 11 PRO not installing

I have tried about ever internet post I have found on how to fix a problem preventing KB5086672 from installing. I also read that MS is coming out with a fix, but sure can't find it.

Can anybody help with a FIX THAT WILL WORK???!!!

    KB5086672 is not a normal monthly update, it is an out-of-band update Microsoft released to fix a bug in the normal March update.

    If that update is not installing correctly, the best option is to pause your updates, then wait for the April update to be released next Tuesday.
