Hi I need help resetting my view on outlook emails, i have somehow managed to change my view. I have tried problem solving with the Q&A. Can you please assist me with trying to fix this problem

    Hi @Coulter, Claire

    First, can you check if you are using the right view. In View tab > Change View > Normally, there are three default views, if you have created a custom view before, it will appear here. You can also see that if Reset View is greyed out, that means there's no change has been made on this view.

    There are some additional customizations you can adjust such as:

    • Reading Pane: Right/Bottom/Off
    • Show as conversation: When enabled, it will group the message as a conversation.
    • Folder Pane: Normal/Minimized/Off
