Hello,
I am facing a few issues with my windows.
Before everything I was trying to run some commands that are related to net start & stop to some (or maybe all) windows related services which i can not remember. I was just following the steps from the other post, so as the command lines. But while running those commands, i accidentally stopped the process.. and when i restarted my windows, my windows start and including windows security on the right side were not able to opened at all but I was able to resolved them by running sfc and dism commands as far as i remember.

But now I notice my powershell is not able to run, and when i checked the error using cmd, it says error code 80070002. I tried sfc and dism commands again but it didn't solve the issue, and it says no violations? And also, i notice a few of my softwares are missing icons but not all of them, for example my Acrobat, Blender, Davinci and Maya are missing icons, which i think it might related to system corrupted files caused by the commands process i was trying before because i did not finish them properly?
I do not know what is causing them and I am a little anxious by now.. Could anyone please kindly help me with my issues..
Also please let me know if i need to tell more information.
Sincerely,

The best option to undo the changes you made and stabilize your Windows installation is to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 11 ISO.

Please ensure you download the ISO in the same language as you use for the Windows UI, follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

to download the Windows 11 ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.

Very Important - ensure you select the option to keep your files and apps.
