I’m locked out of my Microsoft 365 business account due to an “unverified account” issue.

I can still enter my email address and password, but after that I’m blocked because the account is not verified. This prevents me from using any authentication method (Authenticator app, SMS code, etc.), so I have no way to proceed.

The account uses my own business domain, and I am the only user/admin.

I tried to contact Microsoft support, but all support options require me to be logged in to that account, which I cannot access. I also tried using a separate personal Microsoft account to get support, but that leads me in circles or to the wrong support channels.
